"I think Coach Betty is the absolute best. My son is not into sports, and it’s hard to get him motivated to do physical activities. He loves going to Coach Betty and working out - she makes him feel so proud of himself and builds his confidence so he looks forward to her sessions. He was really shy and nervous about what he couldn’t do when he first met Coach Betty, now he loves to do rowing, stair climber, and lift weights! I am so happy that Coach Betty has gotten Jack into shape, but even more important is how she has developed his self confidence, self esteem, and his belief that he can accomplish whatever challenges come his way. “Fitness isn't just exercise. It's a journey. I'd like to tell you a little about my journey.I was overweight, out of shape, and unhappy a year ago. I was tired, had no energy, and I surely didn't have any drive to exercise. In comes Betty....... Betty has been such a huge part of my fitness journey. The program that she creates is not just exercise. She teaches nutrition and how to take care of your body. She pushes you, supports you, and really cares about you.
